Our Classes are geared towards martial athletes of all ages. They are perfect for individual’s who are new to the sport of MMA and/or combat sports in general.
While the technical focus is essential to building a strong foundation, fitness is equally important. We will push you to the limit with an intense warm up. Afterwards, we will cover the technique(s) of the day by using both individual and pair drills.
Sparring is optional. It can be the thing that creates a good or bad experience for a person who’s new to MMA and combat sports. We pride ourselves on our ability to help members reach their fitness goals in a safe environment.
Boxing Gloves, Shin Guard Mouth Piece, and Hand Wraps.
Known as “The Sweet Science”, our boxing class will improve both your offensive and defensive punching skills. You will learn to slip, block, parry, and throw multiple punch combinations effectively while moving and using angles.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
The “Art of Eight Limbs,” Muay Thai utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. It is known for its overwhelming and powerful strikes. In the Muay Thai class heavy bags, focus mitts, and pair drills are used to help hone and sharpen student’s techniques.
No Gi Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
Our No Gi Brazilian Jiu-jitsu class focuses on ground positioning and submissions to provide a solid foundation. Students will learn how a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by applying joint-locks and choke-holds to defeat their adversary.
Wrestling represents one of the oldest forms of combat. In this class, students will learn to dictate where the fight takes place. Prefer to keep it standing and use your boxing and muay thai? This class will enable you to effectively defend the takedown and keep the fight on your feet.
Or, perhaps, you would prefer to take the fight to the ground…? You’re in good hands. You’ll learn to leverage your strengths and take the fight to the ground.

Fusion of Techniques for MMA
MMA has become a unique martial art of its own. Our MMA class honors the fusion of techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and Wrestling.
Each class focuses on a different set of MMA skills and, most importantly, the transitions between them. You can expect to learn to move seamlessly from striking to clinch work, grappling, and submissions.
Introduction to MMA
This class is absolutely FREE. It has a 4 week rotating curriculum and is dedicated towards preparing our prospective and new members to be able to make the most out of classes by first, learning the key basic movements and techniques.
Children’s MMA (Ages 10-15)
We believe in investing in the children in the community and giving them the opportunity to grow and develop physically and mentally through martial arts. We focus on all aspects of MMA for our Future Champions class. We believe in leading by example to ensure each child becomes humble yet confident in their abilities through regular practice.
We hold three Future Champions classes per week. Rest assured, our coaches have a great deal of experience training children, and in these sessions discipline and fun go hand-in-hand. For complete information on kids class timings, please see our official schedule here.
Our Adult classes are available to anyone 16 years of age and up.
