Many schools make the mistake of allowing novice athletes to spar with little to no supervision. Our curriculum has been designed to provide a smooth transition into live sparring / rolling for each and every student.
This allows members to practice the techniques they have learned against a resisting partner, break a sweat, and reap the rewards of a high intensity MMA workout.
Utilizing our tried and proven MMA curriculum, we are confident that you will agree that our teaching methodology promotes learning at all levels while motivating you to improve your level of fitness in a safe and productive manner.
You can choose from the following class types: Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ).
